At Little Ladybirds Baby Massage and Yoga, we offer a range of gentle, supportive classes for every stage of early parenthood.

All sessions are held at our beautiful, baby-friendly venue in Chesterfield.

You are warmly welcome to join us whenever the time feels right for you and your little one.

Pregnancy Yoga

Gentle movement, support and connection through each trimester

Tuesdays:

10:00–11:00 and 19:00–20:00

Thursdays:

18:00–19:00 and 19:15–20:15

Fridays:

19:30–20:30

Our pregnancy yoga classes offer a safe and nurturing space to stretch, breathe and prepare both body and mind for birth.

Each class includes:

Gentle stretches for pregnancy aches

Strengthening for birth and recovery

Pelvic floor exercises

Calming breathing techniques

Relaxation time for you and your baby

Chat and support with other mums-to-be

No experience is needed, and classes are suitable from 12 weeks.

Baby Massage Course

Bonding, calming and supporting development through loving touch

Thursdays:

10:00–11:00

Fridays:

10:30–11:30

Our baby massage courses are a beautiful way to bond with your baby while supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.

You’ll learn a full body massage routine, as well as techniques for:

Colic, wind and constipation relief

Sleep and settling

Tummy time and early movement

What’s included:

Your own Kokoso organic coconut oil to keep and use at home

Photo area for capturing special memories

Sensory toys and playtime

Refreshments and chat

Certificate on completion

A safe, supportive group for parents

Suitable from 6 weeks to crawling.

Baby Yoga Course

Movement, songs and sensory play to boost your baby’s development

Mondays:

10:00–11:00

Baby yoga is a fun and interactive class that encourages movement, balance, and bonding.

It’s perfect for babies aged around 12 weeks to crawling.

Each class includes:

Gentle baby stretches

Rhymes and songs

Parent relaxation

Movement for development

Time to connect with other mums

A joyful mix of fun and calm that supports babies physically and emotionally.

Massage Mornings


Relaxed drop-in style baby massage, chats and a warm cuppa

Thursdays:

09:30–10:15

Start your day gently with a mini baby massage session, followed by baby support chats, tummy time ideas and a chance to have a hot drink in a friendly space.

These sessions are perfect for:

Meeting other mums

Easing tummy discomfort

Getting out of the house in the early weeks

Gentle routines that fit into your day

Pre-booking is required due to small class sizes.

Suitable from 6 weeks.

Graduate Class: Massage, Yoga and Sensory Play


The perfect next step after baby massage or baby yoga

Fridays:

10:30–11:30

Designed especially for families who have completed a course at Little Ladybirds, this fun and relaxed session blends the best bits of everything:

Baby massage and yoga routines

Songs and rhymes

Parachute play

Sensory play and movement

Coffee and chat with familiar faces

It’s a beautiful way to continue building skills, confidence and connection as your baby grows.

Daddy & Me: Massage Workshop


A special session for dads to bond with their baby

Saturdays (Monthly)

10:30–11:30

This one-off workshop is designed just for dads (or grandads) to enjoy meaningful time with their little one.

Includes:

A simple massage routine to use at home

Time to relax and connect

A small Keepsake

Friendly, supportive atmosphere

A lovely way to make memories and grow confidence in caring for baby.
